Facilities
The house has a seasonal outdoor pool with a view, fenced and reserved for adults, with loungers and a sun deck, plus a hot tub available at extra cost. Around it are the garden, the terrace, the outdoor dining area and the barbecue, free for guests to use.
Wifi is free throughout the property and in the rooms, and private on-site parking is free with reservation. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, safe and private entrance; family rooms are available and the whole property is smoke-free.
Check-in and check-out are private, with an invoice provided on request. On request and at extra cost we arrange airport shuttle, car and bicycle hire, grocery deliveries, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning. There is also a shared lounge with TV.
Security is covered by CCTV outside and in common areas, 24-hour service and a safe. The language spoken by the property is Italian. Pets, parties and events are not allowed.
